Visual, staff, cast revealed for final work in anime franchise<\/a><\/p>\n

The staff for the planned sequel<\/a> work to Fate\/kaleid liner Prisma Illya – Licht Nameless Girl (Gekij\u014dban Fate\/kaleid liner Prisma Illya Licht – Namae no Nai Sh\u014djo<\/a>), the latest<\/a> film in the Fate\/kaleid liner Prisma Illya<\/a>\u00a0franchise, announced on Monday the TV series’ title Fate\/kaleid liner Prisma Illya Finale. The staff also revealed a teaser visual and the 2027 release date. The series will be the final work in the franchise.<\/p>\n

The cast will reprise their roles from the previous works in the franchise.<\/p>\n

Shin \u014cnuma<\/a> returns to direct the film at SILVER LINK.<\/a> Ken Takahashi<\/a> will return to the series in the new role of series director. Kenji Inoue<\/a> and Hazuki Minase<\/a> will again write the scripts. Kazuya Hirata<\/a> returns as character designer.<\/p>\n

Kadokawa<\/a> revealed a visual (pictured right) at a 10th anniversary event for the anime franchise in August 2023. The sequel work was first announced in August 2021.<\/p>\n

Fate\/kaleid liner Prisma Illya – Licht Nameless Girl opened<\/a> in Japan in August 2021. Sentai Filmworks<\/a> released<\/a> the film on home video and on select digital outlets.<\/p>\n

Hiroshi Hiroyama<\/a>‘s original manga re-imagines the Fate\/stay night<\/a> character Illyasviel von Einzbern in an alternate universe as a magical girl. Fate\/kaleid liner Prisma Illya ran in Kadokawa Shoten<\/a>‘s Comp Ace<\/a> magazine from 2007 to 2008. Hiroyama then launched several sequel manga series. Seven Seas<\/a> licensed<\/a> Fate\/kaleid liner Prisma Illya: The Complete Manga Collection.<\/p>\n

The manga has inspired four television anime series: Fate\/kaleid liner Prisma Illya, Fate\/kaleid liner Prisma Illya 2wei!<\/a>, Fate\/kaleid liner Prisma Illya 2wei Herz!<\/a>, and Fate\/kaleid liner Prisma\u2606Illya 3rei!!<\/a>. Fate\/kaleid liner Prisma\u2606Illya 3rei!! premiered in July 2016.<\/p>\n

Fate\/kaleid liner Prisma Illya: Vow in the Snow<\/a>, the first anime film<\/a> in the franchise, opened in Japan in August 2017. The Fate\/kaleid liner Prisma Illya: Prisma Phantasm<\/a> original video anime<\/a> opened in theaters in Japan in June 2019.<\/p>\n
