July 21 (Reuters) – UK semiconductor wafer maker IQE on Tuesday raised its \u200cfull-year revenue growth forecast after its \u200cfirst-half trading beat expectations, driven by rising demand \u200bfor its semiconductor products used in AI infrastructure and data centres. <\/p>\n
