James Cameron, Kevin Feige, Jon Favreau, Pete Docter, Jennifer Lee and Jared Bush are among the filmmakers who feature in the documentary.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\tFavreau, who directed the latest \u201cStar Wars\u201d film \u201cThe Mandalorian and Grogu,\u201d says, \u201cTechnology with a good piece of storytelling creates this immersive experience.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\tEarlier this year, \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/variety.com\/t\/star-wars\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Star Wars<\/a>:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/variety.com\/t\/the-mandalorian-and-grogu\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">The Mandalorian and Grogu<\/a>\u201d made its debut on the Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run rides at\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/variety.com\/t\/disneyland\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Disneyland\u00a0<\/a>and the Walt Disney World Resort\u00a0in Florida. Back in March, Lee, former chief creative officer of Walt Disney Animation, saw Olaf and the magical kingdom of Arendelle come to life when the World of Frozen opened at Disneyland Paris.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\tThe doc also offers rare glimpses of new lands, areas, and experiences taking shape across Disney properties.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\tFormer Disney CEO Bob Iger sets the stage by reflecting on the power of uniting a singular caliber of storytellers \u2014 and the impact that creative convergence has across the Walt Disney Company. The company\u2019s current CEO, Josh D\u2019Amaro, carries that narrative forward, speaking to the legacy of Disney storytelling and how it continues to evolve.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\tThe documentary is set to premiere at D23 followed by a conversation with Iwerks.
