Inner thigh lift<\/p>\n<p id=\"elk-e0bb51c2-8509-11f1-9e75-459823a214c3\">Sets: 2-3 Reps: 10-15 each side Rest: 30sec<\/p>\n<p>How to do it:<\/p>\n<p>Lie on your left side with your right knee bent and right foot flat on the floor in front of your left leg.
