The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) announced<\/a> that Moringa Leaf Powder Capsules by Zen Principle are being recalled due to a risk of contamination with Salmonella.<\/p>\n The FDA asks customers who purchased the pills \u201cto stop using the product and dispose of it. Humans are typically infected by the bacteria after ingesting contaminated water or food. Common symptoms include fever, diarrhea (which is sometimes bloody), nausea<\/a>, vomiting, headache, chills and abdominal pain.<\/p>\n Those infected typically show signs of the illness within 8 to 72 hours after exposure. The Moringa Leaf Powder Capsules were distributed across the U.S. from December 2025 through July 2026. The majority of sales were online orders, with Amazon and the company\u2019s website being the primary vendors.\u00a0<\/p>\n The lot number (Lot A6FF4) and Best By date (11\/2028) are shown on the bottom of the bottle.
