{"id":562028,"date":"2026-07-27T15:28:13","date_gmt":"2026-07-27T15:28:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/il\/562028\/"},"modified":"2026-07-27T15:28:13","modified_gmt":"2026-07-27T15:28:13","slug":"another-step-toward-unification-of-the-arab-parties","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/il\/562028\/","title":{"rendered":"Another step toward unification of the Arab parties"},"content":{"rendered":"<p data-v-b6a56682=\"\" data-v-45890e8d-s=\"\">The Arab Movement for Renewal (Ta\u2019al), led by MK Ahmad Tibi, is moving toward joining a joint Arab list ahead of the upcoming Knesset elections.<\/p>\n<p data-v-b6a56682=\"\" data-v-45890e8d-s=\"\">In a statement it released, Ta\u2019al said it had agreed that the National Consensus Committee would assist in completing efforts to reach an agreed-upon framework for establishing a three-party joint list, including Hadash, Balad, and Ta\u2019al.<\/p>\n<p data-v-b6a56682=\"\" data-v-45890e8d-s=\"\">Ta\u2019al added that it is leaving the door open to the possible future inclusion of the United Arab List (Ra\u2019am) in the joint list.<\/p>\n<p data-v-b6a56682=\"\" data-v-45890e8d-s=\"\">Ta\u2019al explained the move as stemming from a desire to strengthen the political representation of Israel\u2019s Arab citizens during the \u201cdecisive stage&#8221; of the political struggle, in a way that would serve the interests of the Arab society.<\/p>\n<p data-v-b6a56682=\"\" data-v-45890e8d-s=\"\">Recently, understandings were reached between Hadash and Balad regarding cooperation in the Knesset elections, but no final signed announcement on a joint list has been issued.
