You officially have 206 days until the first workout of the 2027 CrossFit Open is announced.<\/p>\n<p>Yesterday, as the <a href=\"https:\/\/thebarbellspin.com\/crossfit-games\/2026-crossfit-games-results\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">2026 CrossFit Games<\/a> were wrapping up, CrossFit announced the dates of the 2027 CrossFit Open. Next year\u2019s Open is now one week earlier. The past two years the Open began the last week of February. Now, it begins in the middle of February.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.roguefitness.com\/?a_aid=560d52d14b3fc\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\"><img data-perfmatters-preload=\"\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-25215 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/il\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/roguefitness_barbell.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"200\"  \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The 2027 CrossFit Open will remain three weeks.<\/p>\n<p>27.1: February 18, 2027<br \/>27.2: February 25<br \/>27.3: March 4<\/p>\n<p>The calendar change potentially signifies changes once again to the CrossFit Games season. With an additional week between the Open and the Games, it leaves the possibility for more in-person Semifinals to be scheduled. Or it provides more time between the conclusion of Semifinals and the CrossFit Games.<\/p>\n<p>The move also likely impacts Wodapalooza Miami. Last year the fitness festival coincided with 26.3, the final week of the 2026 CrossFit Open. The live announcement was from Miami Beach at Wodapalooza and all divisions* took on 26.3 as part of the competition.<\/p>\n<p>*rain impacted Wodapalooza and canceled some of the events<\/p>\n<p>Wodapalooza Miami Beach will be March 11-15, 2027, a week after the conclusion of the 2027 CrossFit Open.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Training for the 2027 CrossFit Games season starts today.
