RuPaul’s Drag Race UK has released a brief look at season eight, revealing that we will meet the new set of queens very soon! The show is likely to return this autumn, having done so for nearly every season so far.<\/p>\n

Ahead of its return, an abstract rapid montage has been released on Instagram<\/a>, confirming that the new line-up will drop next month.<\/p>\n

“Racers, start your engines\u2026,” the caption reads. “The wait is nearly over. Get ready to #MeetTheQueens from 11 August.<\/p>\n

“A brand-new series of #DragRaceUK is coming soon to iPlayer. Twelve fierce queens, 10 weeks and one crown. Who will be crowned the UK\u2019s Next Drag Race Superstar? #DRUK.”<\/p>\n

The last season wrapped up in November 2025 and was won by Bones, ahead of runner-up Elle Vosque and third placers Catrin Feelings and Silllexa Diction.<\/p>\n

If you can’t wait until the autumn for more Drag Race UK, RuPaul’s comedy movie Stop! That! Train! is set to finally land in UK cinemas next month<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The film follows two stewardesses who try to get a taste of the high life by sneaking on board the Glamazonian Express\u2026 though the vehicle faces disaster from a storm, unless they can stop it.<\/p>\n

Mama Ru plays US President Judy Gagwell, while a host of Drag Race icons also appear, including Michelle Visage, Ginger Minj, Jujubee, Brooke Lynn Hytes, Marcia Marcia Marcia (Marty Lauter), Latrice Royale, Mon\u00e9t X Change and Symone. On top of that are appearances from Sarah Michelle Gellar and Jesse Tyler Ferguson, to name a very few.<\/p>\n

Stop! That! Train! has received acclaim, with Loud and Clear Reviews<\/a> calling it the “funniest movie you will see this year”, also earning an 85% fresh score on Rotten Tomatoes<\/a>.<\/p>\n

RuPaul’s Drag Race UK returns later this year, with seasons 1-7 available now on BBC iPlayer. Stop! That! Train! will be released in UK and Ireland cinemas on 21 August.<\/p>\n
