Israeli fintech company BridgeWise, which develops investment AI solutions, has announced the appointment of Maya Kadouri as Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) and a member of the executive management team. In her new role, Kadouri will shape and lead BridgeWise’s global business strategy, oversee large-scale initiatives, and accelerate the integration of the company’s AI solutions into the systems of the world’s largest financial institutions.<\/p>\n
Kadouri brings over a decade of experience in strategic planning and execution, having led initiatives that drove business growth across major organizations. Before joining BridgeWise, she led large-scale strategic initiatives at Discount Bank, spanning business strategy, growth engine development, and major cross-organizational projects. Earlier in her career, she worked as a consultant at EY, advising senior management at top companies and institutions on strategic planning, business model design, and growth acceleration.<\/p>\n
