And it\u2019s better for the fans and we enjoy being able to do what we did in the Studio live. It\u2019s a win win for us.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Related Video<\/p>\n<p>Similarly, when a fan asked directly why the band doesn\u2019t play 100% live, Sixx said, \u201cWe do. You were lied to. Sorry.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The rumor of M\u00f6tley Cr\u00fce using backing tracks to replace themselves live was a major claim in original guitarist Mick Mars\u2019 lawsuit against the band in the wake of his termination. He later admitted that the claims were false but the rumor has persisted in the wake of that event.
