The singer was recently invited to talk on \u2018The Icon Sessions,’ where she opened up about how she deals with a lot of criticism and judgment in life; however, she chooses to never let other people\u2019s comments hinder her creative process.Swift revealed, \u201cI go through several processes and coping mechanisms that I\u2019ve gone through over the years. And one of them is saying, \u2018You chose this. You chose this every day. You could have opted out of this any day before it got unmanageably big.\u2019 And I decided not to because I love it that much.\u201dShe added, \u201cEverything that comes with this ultimately is worth it as long as I get to still make music.” The singer also shared that after some time she had to make herself understand that the reason behind her music comes from the people, the fans that she makes it for. She added during the interview, \u201cI realised that I\u2019m making music because I\u2019m playing for the fans. I\u2019m putting this out for people who care about it and who look to music as a way to cope with their life in the way that I did.\u201dShe concluded by saying that creating and putting out music is not a guarantee for \u201cuniversal validation\u201d; however, if you continue to put out music no matter what, then you \u201clove it for the right reasons.\u201d<\/p>\n

On the personal front, Swift got married earlier this year to NFL star Travis Kelce. The wedding was held at Madison Square Garden on July 3 and was attended by over 1000 guests.
