His resignation followed clashes with White House officials over flavored \u200bvapes, a stalled \u200babortion-pill safety study, \u2060and public disagreements with drugmakers such as Replimune, Sarepta and Moderna over reviews of potentially lifesaving medicines and vaccines.<\/p>\n<p>Kyle Diamantas \u200bhad served as acting FDA chief since May.
