Investment firm HarbourView Equity Partners<\/a> has formed a strategic partnership with Grammy-nominated producer David Kershenbaum.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Over the course of a career spanning more than five decades, Kershenbaum has collaborated with artists including Tracy Chapman, Joe Jackson, Bryan Adams<\/a>, Duran Duran, Marc Cohn, Gallagher & Lyle and Elkie Brooks.\u00a0<\/p>\n

As part of the transaction, HarbourView has acquired Kershenbaum’s interest in producer royalties and related rights across master recordings, including Tracy Chapman’s Fast Car (covered by Luke Combs<\/a>), Baby Can I Hold You and Talkin’ Bout a Revolution; Joe Jackson’s Steppin’ Out and Is She Really Going Out With Him; Marc Cohn’s Walking in Memphis, and numerous other works.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The partnership further expands HarbourView’s growing portfolio of music assets.<\/p>\n
