Gold prices this morning continue the downward trend that started Friday before the release of CPI data, which showed prices rose 3.4% in August<\/a>. Today, gold prices are also moving lower following attacks over the weekend that targeted a Saudi Arabian oil pipeline, homes, and a mosque. Weekend reports also stated that a vessel was struck in the Strait of Hormuz. <\/p>\n
