The move comes months after the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hollywoodreporter.com\/business\/business-news\/blake-lively-attorney-fees-justin-baldoni-case-1236682336\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">settlement<\/a> of a high-profile legal battle with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hollywoodreporter.com\/t\/justin-baldoni\/\" id=\"auto-tag_justin-baldoni_1\" data-tag=\"justin-baldoni\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Justin Baldoni<\/a> earlier this year. Lively had been with Sloane for more than two decades, dating to the early days of her acting career when Sloane was a senior rep at the now-defunct firm BWR. <\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/  a-font-body-m     \">\n\tUnder Novak at ID-PR, Lively joins a roster of A-list clients like Christopher Nolan, Lady Gaga, Seth Rogen, Alejandro G. I\u00f1\u00e1rritu, Ben Stiller, Elliot Page, John Malkovich, Serena Williams, Lena Dunham, Diego Luna, Pamela Adlon and many more. <\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/  a-font-body-m     \">\n\tThe move is meant to represent a fresh start for Lively with a focus back on her career and not the 18-month legal tussle that generated considerable media attention. Lively filed a complaint in December 2024, in which she alleged that Baldoni and his Wayfarer Studios launched an online smear campaign against her after she spoke up about sexual harassment on the set of their film It Ends With Us.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/  a-font-body-m     \">\n\tBaldoni and Wayfarer Studios responded with a defamation suit, which also named Sloane as a defendant. He also sued The New York Times for writing a story after Lively\u2019s complaint. Both of those suits were dismissed, and Justin and the individual Wayfarer Parties were dismissed from Lively\u2019s suit. The court ruled that Wayfarer pay some of Lively\u2019s legal fees. After It Ends With Us, Lively starred in Another Simple Favor, the sequel to her hit film with Paul Feig and Anna Kendrick.
