\t<\/p>\nPenn State Students for Justice in Palestine will hold multiple events from October 5-8 for a week of action marking three years since the events of October 7, 2023.<\/p>\n
The organization is \u201cfighting for justice and self-determination of the Palestinian people.\u201d<\/p>\n
Here is a list of the events Penn State Students for Justice in Palestine will host: <\/p>\n
Monday, October 5<\/p>\n
Pick a Side Display<\/p>\n
Penn State Students for Justice in Palestine is set to start off the week with its Penn State, Pick a Side Display on the HUB Lawn from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.<\/p>\n
Details of what the display will feature have not been announced. <\/p>\n
Tuesday, October 6<\/p>\n
Voice of Rajab Screening<\/p>\n
Penn State Students for Justice in Palestine is also set to screen \u201cVoice of Hind Rajab\u201d in Wartik Laboratory Room 110 at 6:30 p.m.<\/p>\n
\u201cVoice of Hind Rajab\u201d is a 2025 docudrama film based on actual emergency call recordings of 5-year-old Hind Rajab. The film was written and directed by Kaouther Ben Hania. <\/p>\n
Wednesday, October 7<\/p>\n
Protest<\/p>\n
On the third anniversary of the October 7 events, Penn State Students for Justice in Palestine will host an \u201cEnd the Genocide for the Living, the Martyrs, and the Land\u201d protest. <\/p>\n
The event will take place at the Allen Street Gates at 6 p.m.<\/p>\n
Thursday, October 8 <\/p>\n
Vigil<\/p>\n
Penn State Students for Justice in Palestine will also hold a vigil for those who died in the events of October 7 on the Pasquerilla Spiritual Center patio from 6:30 to 8 p.m.<\/p>\n
