With the season finale of Lanterns airing today, James Gunn already hard at work penning his next movie post-Man Of Tomorrow, and Tom Rhys Harries starrer Clayface mere days away, things have been pretty busy of late at DC Studios. With the likes of Scarlett Johansson, Sebastian Stan, Brian Tyree Henry, Jayme Lawson, Charles Dance, Gil Perez-Abraham, and Sebastian Koch all set to appear in Reeves’ long-gestating sequel in as-yet-undisclosed roles alongside a returning Robert Pattinson, Andy Serkis, and Colin Farrell, The Batman Part II may be shrouded by secrecy and may have faced its fair share of difficulties on its path to our screens, but after that first film we maintain high hopes that the juice will have proven well worth the squeeze. Until then, while we don’t know what Matt Reeves may be going through right now, our thoughts are with him and we sincerely hope he is able to get back to doing what he does best in the near future.
