The assets benefit from a diversified revenue profile, including green certificates, Contracts for Difference and Power Purchase Agreements.<\/p>\n<p>Clyde &amp; Co advised EDPR on all legal aspects of the transaction, including the preparation of the vendor due diligence report, negotiation of the transaction documentation and management of the sale process through to signing and closing.<\/p>\n<p>The Clyde &amp; Co team was led by Agnieszka Kuli\u0144ska, Partner, Head of Energy in Poland, supported by Ernest Dymel, Counsel, Jacek Korcz, Senior Associate, and Anna Narodzonek, Associate.<\/p>\n<p>The vendor due diligence workstream was coordinated by Jacek Korcz, Senior Associate, with support from Miko\u0142aj K\u0119pas, Counsel, Ewa Go\u0142\u0105bek, Senior Associate, and Associates Julia Kry\u0144ska, Anna Narodzonek, Witold Szpek, Marcin Ratajczak, Marcin Lorenc and Karolina Staro\u0144.<\/p>\n<p>Agnieszka Kuli\u0144ska, Partner, Head of Energy in Poland, Clyde &amp; Co, said: \u201cThe sale of this portfolio highlights the continued momentum of the Polish renewable energy market and\u00a0sustained investor appetite for high-quality operational assets.
