The two companies, which have 45.34% and 15% stakes respectively in Leviathan, notified Dalia on 24 September that they were terminating the deal, but Dalia disputes this and Israel\u2019s Competition Authority approved most of the deal on 6 October.<\/p>\n<p>The two sellers maintain that the deal has been scrapped, arguing that the required conditions were not met by the contractual (undisclosed) deadline.
