From romantic-comedy star to a decade-long hiatus

Imran first found success with romantic comedies and youth-oriented films, including ‘I Hate Luv Storys’, ‘Delhi Belly’ and ‘Mere Brother Ki Dulhan’. His screen persona made him a familiar face in the genre during the late 2000s and early 2010s.His box-office run subsequently became less consistent. Films such as ‘Matru Ki Bijlee Ka Mandola’, ‘Once Upon Ay Time in Mumbai Dobaara!’ and ‘Gori Tere Pyaar Mein’ did not achieve the commercial success expected of them.‘Katti Batti’, the 2015 romantic comedy-drama co-starring Kangana Ranaut, was his last film as a lead before he stepped away from Bollywood. His absence from leading roles lasted around a decade, making ‘Adhure Hum Adhure Tum’ a significant project in his career.

Imran Khan’s long-awaited return to lead roles is moving closer, with his upcoming film ‘Adhure Hum Adhure Tum’…

[27
289335,54831,146,85,200448,46,289334,289333,397
post-642399","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","category-movies","tag-adhure-hum-adhure-tum-release-date","tag-bhumi-pednekar","tag-entertainment","tag-il","tag-imran-khan-comeback-film","tag-israel","tag-katti-batti","tag-khatarnak-jasoos","tag-movies
["GET
