Experts surveyed by The Wall Street Journal projected that US 10-year Treasury yields would decline only slightly from current levels to end the year at 5.1%, and would dip to around 4.8% 12 months later: \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.wsj.com\/finance\/investing\/economists-bond-yields-forecast-aaa2ff5c\" class=\"_linkEmbed_1pt7l_31\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">It has been a sea change<\/a> in the fundamentals underlying the fixed-income market and the economy,\u201d one told the Journal.
