\n\tIt looks like there\u2019s no hard feelings between A$AP Rocky<\/a> and FERG<\/a> over the latter\u2019s decision to change his name and the former\u2019s subsequent comments regarding said name change.<\/p>\n

\n\tFERG took to his Instagram feed to announce that the follow-up to his third solo album Darold is finished and put out an APB for a distributor. \u201cI just finished my new album,\u201d he wrote in a screenshot that he posted. \u201cWho wants to distribute it?\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tRocky raised his hand, with the Harlem rapper hopping in the comments to congratulate his friend and seemingly offering up the services of his AWGE label. \u201cU know where home is,\u201d he wrote in a comment that included a red heart emoji. \u201cCongratulations.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tThe two have been going back and forth through the media recently after each has been asked about FERG dropping the A$AP from his stage name. While the decision hasn\u2019t necessarily created a riff between the two old friends and collaborators, Rocky did express disappointment<\/a>. \u201cI saw a couple interviews where he was just like, he ain\u2019t A$AP and he dropped A$AP from his name,\u201d he told Apple Music. \u201cThat sh\u2013 bothered me but I ain\u2019t gon\u2019 hold it against him, and I wish him the best.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tFERG responded<\/a> in an interview with Complex, saying that removing A$AP from his name was about growth. \u201cI feel like that\u2019s a personal thing for him,\u201d he said about Rocky saying he was initially \u201cbothered\u201d by the decision. \u201cYou could feel how you want to feel, but at the end of the day, it\u2019s like I got to follow my truth for sure and how I feel. And there\u2019s nothing wrong with growing.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tAs FERG gets set to drop his upcoming project, Rocky is gearing up to do his first Australia and New Zealand tour in eight years<\/a> with five dates in December.<\/p>\n
