\u00a0Originally released in 1999, Re-Volt puts players behind the wheel of miniature radio-controlled cars, transforming familiar everyday locations into larger-than-life racing circuits. Players can choose from more than 28 RC cars and race through supermarkets, toy stores, museums and other environments where ordinary objects become challenging obstacles. A wide selection of pick-ups and weapons adds a tactical element to each race, allowing players to gain an edge over opponents and turn the tables at a decisive moment.<\/p>\n
The Nintendo Switch and PlayStation versions introduce several improvements, including in-game help and a minimap. Players can now carry up to three items instead of one, opening up more tactical possibilities during races. Up to four players can also compete in local split-screen multiplayer on a single system.<\/p>\n
