The Model R5 costs $129.99 as part of Rogbid’s 11.11 promotion, with two extra straps and a pendant chain included.

Rogbid has launched the Model R5, an Android smartwatch with a 2.4-inch, 480 x 480 AMOLED display, a W527 chip and a SIM card slot for use without a phone. It adds a 5MP camera, GPS with a compass, IP67 protection and a 1,350mAh battery that charges in 80 minutes.

Days after launching the Hero K1 under its Rollme brand, Rogbid has introduced the Model R5, an Android smartwatch with a 2.4-inch AMOLED display and a SIM card slot for use without a paired smartphone. The watch costs $129.99 as part of the company’s 11.11 Shopping Festival promotion and comes in Cyber Black and Stellar Gold.

The square display has a resolution of 480 x 480 pixels and sits in a two-tone case. The watch takes standard 22mm quick-release straps and has a lanyard connector, so it can also be worn as a pendant around the neck.

A SIM slot lets the watch connect to a mobile network on its own, and it can install Android apps directly.

A W527 chip powers the Model R5, and Rogbid says its heterogeneous architecture handles multitasking and graphics smoothly. Because the watch runs Android, owners can download apps for social media, entertainment, and productivity directly onto it. It switches between Bluetooth pairing with a phone and standalone cellular use.

The watch has a 5MP camera for photos and QR code payments, along with multi-system GPS and a compass for navigation. It carries an IP67 rating against dust and water. Rogbid lists round-the-clock health monitoring and sleep tracking that offers suggestions for improving rest, but it has not detailed which sensors the watch uses.

A 1,350mAh battery powers the Model R5, and Rogbid says it charges fully in 80 minutes and lasts a full day of use. Launch orders include a stainless steel strap, a leather strap, and a pendant chain at no extra cost. The watch is available from Rogbid’s online store, and the company has not said how long the $129.99 launch price will run.

I’ve been obsessed with tech for as long as I can remember, so much so that I’ve become the unofficial “tech support” for my entire family. Whether it’s fixing gadgets, explaining specs, or recommending the best buys, I love breaking down tech for everyday people. That passion led me to writing about tech. When I’m not testing gadgets or writing reviews, you’ll probably find me hiking or doom-scrolling car listings (still hunting for my first ride, wish me luck, lol).

ⓘ Rogbid (edited) The Model R5 costs $129.99 as part of Rogbid’s 11.11 promotion, with two extra straps…

[17
1535,330,1536,85,46,1528,1534,1527,1537,1533,1529,1530,296979,125,1532,1531
post-659941","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","category-gadgets","tag-benchmarks","tag-gadgets","tag-graphics-card","tag-il","tag-israel","tag-laptop","tag-netbook","tag-notebook","tag-processor","tag-reports","tag-review","tag-reviews","tag-rogbid-model-r5","tag-technology","tag-test","tag-tests
["GET
