Not <a href=\"https:\/\/eonline.com\/news\/kim_kardashian\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noopener noreferrer nofollow\">Kim Kardashian<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>After all, the <a href=\"https:\/\/eonline.com\/news\/kardashians\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noopener noreferrer nofollow\">Kardashians<\/a> star got to wear the late <a href=\"https:\/\/eonline.com\/news\/Elizabeth_Taylor\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noopener noreferrer nofollow\">Elizabeth Taylor<\/a>&#8216;s iconic emerald and diamond necklace as &#8220;the best birthday present ever&#8221; from her stylist Law Roach.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We are in Rome,&#8221; Kardashian began in an <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/reels\/DfDSR2DBo_Q\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noopener noreferrer nofollow\">Oct. 28 Instagram video<\/a>. &#8220;They are letting us into the Bulgari store to see Elizabeth Taylor&#8217;s jewelry.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>And, as a staffer for the luxury jeweler pointed out, unearthing Taylor&#8217;s jewelry collection from the vault is &#8220;not something we regularly do.&#8221; <\/p>\n<p>That&#8217;s why Kardashian said Roach &#8220;really pulled some strings here&#8221; so she could try on the $6.5 million necklace.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I don&#8217;t know how you did this,&#8221; Kardashian told him on the phone.\u00a0&#8220;This is my birthday present. Now, I can start my year with this Elizabeth energy.
