Today\u2019s Strands theme is \u201cHigh and mighty.\u201d<\/p>\n

Your goal is to find hidden words that fit the puzzle\u2019s theme. If you\u2019re stuck, find any words you can. Every time you find three words of four letters or more, Strands will reveal one of the theme words. These are the answers that tie into the theme. The goal of the puzzle is to find them all, including the spangram, a theme word that reaches from one side of the puzzle to the other. Let\u2019s talk about today\u2019s Strands puzzle<\/p>\n

I\u2019m not a climber, even though I live in Seattle between two large mountain ranges. Still, mountain climbing-related words don\u2019t just zip into my brain, so today\u2019s puzzle took me a bit of time. I didn\u2019t even know \u201csaddle\u201d had anything to do with climbing. It turns out to be a ridge between two higher elevations, named for the way it dips like a horse\u2019s saddle.<\/p>\n
