\n\tCardi B<\/a> might be pretty and petty \u2014 but she wants to be clear that she is not a bully. During an Instagram Live video Thursday night, the Am I The Drama?<\/a> rapper revealed she passed on releasing a video for \u201cPretty & Petty,<\/a>\u201d her BIA<\/a> diss track, on the day of her foe\u2019s album release day.<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cThis is how I work: I know how stressful it is to put an album out. And I know how fucked up you be in the mind when you put an album out. I feel like if I do a video to \u2018Pretty and Petty\u2019 this week, or today\u2026 I feel like I would be bullying,\u201d Cardi explained on her Live. \u201cAnd I don\u2019t want to feel like a bully.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tThe Instagram Live came as BIA \u2014 who\u2019s Cardi\u2019s direct target on \u201cPretty and Petty\u201d \u2014 released her own album, titled Bianca. The album included a collaboration with Becky G, \u201cHard Way,\u201d which sampled Shakira\u2019s \u201cHips Don\u2019t Lie,\u201d and featured collabs with Young Miko and Ty Dolla $ign.<\/p>\n

Cardi B revealed on her latest IG Live that she initially planned to make a video for \u201cPretty & Petty,\u201d but changed her mind because she didn\u2019t want to stress BIA on her album release day.<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cWhen I bully, God takes from me. If the bitch ain\u2019t messing with me, and didn\u2019t sub me in her dusty ass album, I\u2019m not gonna do a video reciting her diss track and shit like that on a day I know she stressed,\u201d Cardi said. \u201cBecause then, I know God will punish me.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tCardi added that she\u2019ll instead choose to make a video for \u201cPretty and Petty\u201d next week, and select a different video to her songs to post on Friday. \u201cI\u2019mma be nice to you because it\u2019s your album day,\u201d Cardi said. \u201cI don\u2019t want to add to your stress. I\u2019m not that bad person that people think I am.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tOn the BIA diss track, Cardi named the singer directly, rapping \u201cName five BIA songs, gun pointin\u2019 to your head,\u201d \u201cIt\u2019s been two years since you put a number on the board,\u201d and \u201cThey only book you when they can\u2019t afford Coi [Leray].\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tCardi previously told\u00a0The Breakfast Club\u00a0<\/a>that their beef started when BIA accused Cardi of copying her style.\u00a0The Grammy-winning rapper said she decided to fire back at BIA because she mentioned her kids.<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cShe did her little diss and it was trash\u2026 I could\u2019ve [left] it at that, but everything on social media is gonna be seen,\u201d Cardi said. \u201cWhen my kids grow up one day and they see that you mentioned them, they\u2019re gonna ask me, \u2018So what you said? What you did [in response]?\u2019 I\u2019m not gonna tell my kids, \u2018I felt like she took the high road cause she lost, cause people wasn\u2019t on her side.\u2019 Naw, I\u2019m not sayin\u2019 that to my kids. I\u2019m [gonna be] like, \u2018You see how I violated?\u201d<\/p>\n
