Paramore singer Hayley Williams<\/a> has responded to comments seemingly about her made by Kid Rock on Fox News Channel.<\/p>\n During a recent appearance on The Ingraham Angle on the Fox News Channel, Kid Rock<\/a>, real name Robert Ritchie, began by stating there has been a \u201chuge shift\u201d since Charlie Kirk was assassinated and revealed he has been working on a gospel album for the past year. <\/p>\n He continued, \u201cI have a lot of faith and hope in the younger generation, but it seems these other people like, the more we say we love our families, we love god, we love our country, these people on the far left hate it more. I don\u2019t understand the rationale of hatred for someone that loves something.\u201d<\/p>\n Kid Rock then, seemingly in reference to Williams, said, \u201cYou know what\u2019s stupid is people who think they\u2019re cooler than art thou that worry about their outfit every day like some of these rock singers that live here in Nashville \u2014 I won\u2019t stay any names \u2014 or these chicks running around on their campuses with their blue hair, their five nose rings.\u201d<\/p>\n A clip of Rock delivering the paragraph above was posted on Instagram by broadcaster Don Lemon, which was re-shared to Instagram Stories by Williams.<\/p>\n She said in response to his comments (per Stereogum<\/a>): \u201cI remember being a little kid in meridian, ms- the first time I heard a kid rock song was at poplar springs elementary\u2019s annual field day. bawitdaba. I thought it sounded dangerous and cool.\u201d<\/p>\n The Paramore vocalist added, \u201cLater, I learned I wasnt allowed to listen to him cause the southern baptist church said he was evil.
