\n\tAfter a three-week hiatus<\/a>, South Park<\/a> is set to make a triumphant return on Wednesday, live on Comedy Central and Paramount+, and we might just get our first glimpse of Satan and Donald Trump<\/a>\u2019s little bundle of joy.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\n\tAccording to a press release sent out Wednesday, the new episode, titled \u201cTwisted Christian,\u201d will feature Eric Cartman as he becomes possessed and \u201cmay be the key to stopping the Antichrist.\u201d A brief promo clip that was released Wednesday shows Mr. Garrison and another South Park Elementary staffer being told, \u201cYour students appear to be in some kind of cult involving the number six and seven.\u201d Cut to Cartman, Butters, Tweak and other students shouting, \u201c6, 7,\u201d with delight and laughter.<\/p>\n

\n\tBut what does it mean?\u00a0<\/p>\n

\n\tTo refresh memories about where things left off in the show\u2019s dual backdrops, the titular Colorado mountain town and Washington, D.C., Satan and Donald Trump\u2019s clandestine affair has been exposed by the media, along with the fact that Satan is pregnant with the Antichrist \u2014 and due any day now.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\n\tThe Satan-Trump Washington plot thread and happenings in South Park have tangentially merged throughout the season, notably from a lawsuit the show\u2019s fictional version of Trump filed to bankrupt the town<\/a> and scandalous PSA that followed. And, at the close of the Sept. 3 episode<\/a>, the young girls of South Park, aided by Butters, used a cursed Labubu to conjure a demon. Who entered through the portal to hell? Satan and Trump, of course.<\/p>\n

\n\tThe following episode skirted that plot thread to focus more on the Israel-Gaza conflict and Kyle\u2019s mom \u2014 who is Cartman\u2019s favorite topic and person to sing about \u2014 in a bottle episode, of sorts, that didn\u2019t move the season\u2019s main storyline forward. That is, aside from the hijinks of Trump trying to kill his unborn baby to save his nights at Mar-a-Lago.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

\n\tWednesday night\u2019s episode is the sixth of the ratings-smashing 27th season<\/a> of South Park, which debuted on Comedy Central in 1997 and has skewered celebrities, politicians and anyone it wants to<\/a> with its unique biting satire since. Additional new episodes of the latest season will air on Oct. 29, Nov. 12, Nov. 26, and Dec. 10, according to Comedy Central.\u00a0<\/p>\n
