Kevin Federline waged a serious accusation against his ex-wife, Britney Spears.<\/p>\n

On Thursday, October 16, Us Weekly<\/a> published an excerpt from the 47-year-old former backup dancer\u2019s upcoming memoir, <\/a>You Thought You Knew, in which he claimed that he caught the princess of pop, 43, doing cocaine with an \u201cactress who was about to blow up from a role that would transform her life,\u201d at his 2006 release party for his album, Playing With Fire.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe first thing I saw was Britney and her young starlet friend snorting a fat line of coke off the table,\u201d Federline recounted. \u201cBoth were wearing these outrageous wigs. Britney\u2019s was electric blue. It was surreal. They didn\u2019t even try to hide it.\u201d<\/p>\n

Federline noted he was \u201cstunned\u201d the Grammy winner would do drugs<\/a>, considering she was still breastfeeding their sons, Sean Preston, who was 13 months old at the time, and Jayden Jaymes, who was only one month old.<\/p>\n

After witnessing Spears\u2019 actions,<\/a> Federline claimed he begged her, \u201cPlease don\u2019t go home and breast-feed the kids like this. Call your mom or someone. We need to get formula. You can\u2019t do this.\u201d<\/p>\n

However, Federline\u2019s pleas seemingly did not land well with the \u201cToxic\u201d singer, as he told readers that she allegedly threw a drink in his face in front of everyone according to Us Weekly.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u201cThat was the proverbial final straw, the breast-feeding thing. Her reaction,\u201d he wrote. \u201cThat\u2019s what ended us.\u201d<\/p>\n

Federline shared that he immediately had his lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, send Spears a legal letter telling her to stop breast-feeding the kids and that the \u201cCircus\u201d singer subsequently had her attorney, Laura Wasser, draft divorce papers.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt all happened so fast,\u201d Federline, who finalized his divorce from Spears in 2007, admitted. \u201cI couldn\u2019t even catch my breath.\u201d<\/p>\n

Spears took to social media<\/a> on Thursday, writing, \u201cThe constant gaslighting from ex-husband is extremely hurtful and exhausting,\u201d and stating, Federline\u2019s \u201cwhite lies\u201d from his book \u201care going straight to the bank.\u201d<\/p>\n

Additionally, a representative for Spears shared a statement with People<\/a> on Tuesday, October 14, regarding Federline\u2019s memoir.<\/p>\n

\u201cWith news from Kevin\u2019s book breaking, once again he and others are profiting off her and sadly it comes after child support has ended with Kevin,\u201d the statement read. \u201cAll she cares about are her kids, Sean Preston and Jayden James and their well-being during this sensationalism.
