Prince Harry<\/a> and Prince William\u2019s differences could seemingly be getting in the way of the former\u2019s return to the United Kingdom. On the second day of his visit, the Duke of Sussex donated $1.49 million to the BBC Children in Need project in Nottingham, along with attending other charity events. However, reportedly, only about 100 people showed up, and a source claimed that Harry believes William dampened his welcome and \u201cmade sure\u201d he received a lukewarm response from the crowd.<\/p>\n

Rob Shuter<\/a> exclusively learned that Prince Harry and Prince William might still not be seeing eye to eye. Both brothers had their own plans to attend separate charity events on the second day of Harry\u2019s visit to the U.K. While he was in Nottingham, announcing a donation of $1.49 million and appearing at other charity events, William was back in London, participating in similar gatherings.<\/p>\n

A source claimed that the turnout at the gatherings reportedly didn\u2019t meet Harry\u2019s expectations, and he \u201clooked gutted.\u201d They alleged that one could see \u201cit in his face when he realized how small the crowd was,\u201d claiming that he appeared visibly crushed.<\/p>\n

Then, a palace insider told Shuter that the Duke of Sussex was pointing fingers at the Prince of Wales behind the scenes. He was \u201cconvinced\u201d that his brother \u201cstacked his own schedule with rival charity events to pull focus.\u201d<\/p>\n

Both Prince Harry and Prince William have been attending their own respective engagements during the former\u2019s visit. The BBC<\/a> reported that while Harry was in Nottingham donating to the Children in Need project, his elder brother was back in London, making an appearance at a housing project as part of Homewards\u2019 initiative to combat homelessness.<\/p>\n

Shuter further reported that seeing a small crowd at the gathering took a toll on the duke\u2019s spirits. A source explained that he \u201cwants to believe he still connects with the public,\u201d but the low turnout allegedly \u201cshook him\u201d and gave him the impression that William \u201cmade sure\u201d he received a lukewarm response.<\/p>\n
