Earlier this month, the model and singer revealed she underwent a septoplasty to treat ongoing breathing issues. “NO GATEKEEPING HERE,” she said on Instagram alongside a picture of her bandaged nose.

The procedure came nine years after Courtney’s first nose job, which she got after experiencing breathing problems and feeling “self-conscious” about a bump on the side of her nose.

Fast-forward to yesterday, when Courtney took to Instagram to share a new photo, showing her with a noticeably narrower nose. “Got my nose fixed and immediately lost interest in 99% of people,” she mused in the caption.
