Hot favourite Autumn Glow has drawn the middle of the pack for Saturday $10 million Golden Eagle at Royal Randwick.
Saturday marks the seventh running of the 1500m set weights race for four-year-olds and it will be the first time the race has been run at Randwick.

The first six editions of the highly sought after contest were run at Rosehill before the switch.
The first four Golden Eagles were won by locally trained horses, two from NSW and two from Victoria but the last two victors have been Northern Hemisphere prepared raiders, one from Japan and one from England, Lake Forest last year.
Only one mare, Colette in 2020, has upstaged the boys, but mares have finished second on three occasions.
This year a field of 17 will run, made up by 13 entires and geldings and four mares with a Japanese and British raider.
The query heading into Saturday for Autumn Glow’s supporters could be the weather forecast with rain expected, possibly big falls, on Thursday and Friday.
