Job Description
We are seeking a full-time FF&E Designer to support the development and execution of interior design packages across high-end residential, hospitality, and cultural projects. The role involves assisting senior designers with sourcing, vendor coordination, FF&E presentations, and specification documents.Â
Ideal candidates will be organized, detail-oriented, and confident working across multiple phases of design and procurement. Responsibilities also include managing the sample library, tracking lead times, and supporting custom furniture development.Â
This is a hands-on, production-focused role suited to someone with strong material knowledge, a refined design eye, and the ability to work efficiently within a collaborative team.
Responsibilities
Support senior designers on all FF&E-related tasks across multiple projects
Manage and maintain the materials library, including ordering and tracking samples
Prepare FF&E presentations, mood boards, and documentation for internal and client review
Coordinate with vendors to gather pricing, lead times, and finish samples
Track FF&E orders and oversee delivery schedules to ensure timely installations
Assist with furniture schedules, specifications, and control books
Maintain accurate project records, vendor logs, and expense tracking in coordination with the bookkeeper
Organize and update FF&E spreadsheets and internal databasesÂ
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in interior design or related field
3-5 years of relevant experience in high-end residential, hospitality, or retail interior design
Familiarity with FF&E sourcing, vendor relationships, and specification standards
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and Bluebeam
Knowledge of specification software; Rhino or Revit experience is a plus
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative studio environment
Experience in high-end hospitality or luxury yacht interiors is a strong plus
