The couple has been going strong for more than a decade after first meeting in 2013, when they costarred in 2015’s Escobar: Paradise Lost.
After sparking dating rumors in May 2013, they went public with their romance the following month as they were photographed kissing in Los Angeles. In the years since, they have kept their romance mostly out of the spotlight and don’t often make public appearances together.
In June 2015, the Five Nights at Freddy’s actor confirmed their relationship for the first time at the film’s L.A. premiere. “It’s pretty good,” Hutcherson told E! News about their romance. “Distance is hard, but we make it work.”

Born in December 1992, Traisac hails from Leganés, Spain, where she primarily resides. In an interview with DuJour magazine in November 2015, Hutcherson talked about how he and Traisac make their long-distance relationship work.
“There’s a lot of traveling, a lot of Skype,” he told the publication, per Yahoo! Entertainment. “We’re doing this international thing. We’re young, we make it work.”
In December 2022, Hutcherson was seen visiting Traisac in her hometown to celebrate her 30th birthday in Spain, per photos obtained by The Daily Mail.

Like Hutcherson, Traisac is an actress and has starred in a number of Spanish projects.
In addition to starring in Escobar: Paradise Lost with Hutcherson, she is well-known for starring on the Spanish TV series Cuéntame cómo pasó.
Hutcherson and Traisac played love interests before they started dating
Hutcherson and Traisac first met in early 2013 while filming the romantic thriller film, Escobar: Paradise Lost. The film follows Hutcherson’s character, Nick Brady, as he meets and falls for Traisac’s character Maria, whom he finds out is the niece of a drug kingpin.
Later that year, the two sparked dating rumors as they were seen showing PDA in L.A.
They have been together for over a decade

After going public with their relationship in June 2013, the couple made a handful of cute appearances together the following year as they promoted their film at various film festivals.
In September 2014, they made their red carpet debut as a couple as they attended the Toronto International Film Festival alongside their costars.
It wasn’t until 2015 that Hutcherson publicly confirmed their relationship at the film’s L.A. premiere.

Since they first started dating, Hutcherson and Traisac have remained quiet about their relationship. However, they have given a few glimpses of their romance from time to time.
In addition to stepping out for a few public appearances together — including a Los Angeles Clippers game in 2016 — Hutcherson has made a few appearances on Traisac’s Instagram. He regularly comments on her posts with sweet replies, including heart emojis.
She inspired Hutcherson to change his dog’s name
In August 2025, Hutcherson told PEOPLE that Traisac prompted him to rename his dog, Smudge, after she struggled to pronounce it.
“My girlfriend is from Madrid, and she couldn’t really say Smudge — it’s a hard word to pronounce in Spanish,” he said. “We looked up that Mancha is the Spanish for a smudge, and so Manchi became the cute Spanish version.”
Hutcherson also has a dog named Driver.
