With roughly six months standing between now and the start of next year’s Prepare The Ground festival in Toronto, Canada, organizers announced their latest batch of bands added to the event’s already robust lineup this morning.
Joining the likes of Amenra, Pallbearer, and Oranssi Pazuzu will be recently reunited Torche, underground Belgian experimental black metall outfit Oathbreaker, HELL, Stygian Bough, Blood Ceremony, Conjurer, Dear Evangeline, Tomarum, UUGGHH, and Wiegedood. The full lineup can be seen below.
As if those names aren’t enough to get you interested in the fest, it was revealed that some of the aforementioned acts will be playing special sets. Oathbreaker is expected to play all of Rheia in full.
For the uninitiated, Prepare the Ground is a three day arts and music festival that will be taking over two full blocks of downtown Toronto from May 29 – 31, 2026. In addition to the four venues hosting concerts throughout the event (Trinity St. Paul’s Church, Lee’s Palace, the Cave, Transac), the festival also features an outdoor arts market and a dedicated theatre for movie scores, and so much more.
Three-day passes are now available over at Dice.fm.
