FMA outlines priorities and legislative developments
The FMA’s annual report, tabled in Parliament, sets out the regulator’s strategic objectives for the year, including a shift toward outcomes-focused and intelligence-led regulation, as well as efforts to deter unregulated activities and prevent misleading practices.
