Ali Larter has been pulling out all of the stops for the press tour of season 2 of Paramount +’s Landman. At the European premiere in Berlin on November 14, the actress went for an unexpected two-piece that was absolutely covered in fringed beadng.

She rocked the Libertine Margaret Miro Leter Embellished Crop Jacket and matching mini shorts, both of which feature cursive letter bead embroidery and loose fringe work, giving the optical illusion of text dancing across the black backdrop. She completed the bold look with over-the-knee slouchy black boots that went almost all the way up to the hemline of her shorts.

Larter posed on the blue carpet with her co-star Demi Moore, who looked chic in a Thom Browne black dress over a sheer white shirt and tie, along with $53,000 earrings. The pair later headed to the Glamour Women of the Year Awards, also in Berlin, where Moore wore a Schiaparelli black dress with a keyhole cutout and Larter wore a floral strapless dress.

Larter stars in Landman as Angela, the ex-wife of Billy Bob Thornton’s Tommy. “I get to work, I think, next to one of the best actors working in our business, and he brings out the best in me,” she told People of her co-star. “In our world, when we’re working together, there’s just never an inauthentic beat, and that is incredible. I love him so much.”

She also spoke about finding Angela’s body confidence for all of those swimwear scenes.

“Anytime you have to put on a bathing suit and walk in front of anybody, it’s really difficult,” she said. “When I look around, the sexiest women I know are the women that own it. So, part of getting there with Angela is owning it. There is no space in my mind for insecurity—I’m not allowing any of that into my space when I play Angela.”
