She wrote: “I didn’t lose 30lbs, I lost 50. Not to look hot which does feel fun and temporary.
“I did it to survive. I had a disease that makes your face extremely puffy that can kill you but the internet caught it and that disease has cleared.
“Sorry for whatever feeling it’s giving you that I lost that weight. I’ve had plastic surgery over the years and I use Mounjaro.
“Sorry to anyone that lets down. I’m pain free. I can [play] tag with my son.”
Early in November, the comedian took to her Instagram Story to address reports about her relationship and simply said she and Fischer were “still married”.

Days later, an insider told People Magazine that the couple – who got married in 2018 and welcomed son Gene into the world the following year – were “privately working through normal issues that couples in long-term marriages have”.
The source added: “They are both committed to the relationship.”
Schumer marked their seventh anniversary in February with a cheeky joke referencing their prenuptial agreement.
Alongside a photo from their wedding day, she quipped; “7 years ago we signed a prenup and haven’t had to utilise it! Love you babe. (sic)”
