Mag Buckle/Titanium
Aulumu is an Apple gear accessory brand that should be on your radar if it isn’t already. It is the maker of a ton of chargers, iPhone cases, and even some unique industrial design-inspired add-on gear, but it is its Apple Watch bands I am most impressed by usually, and it has now unleashed a pair of new models.
I would consider Aulumu to be a sort of mid-range Apple accessory brand in terms of price. It does carry higher-end solutions like the new $199 C01 Hi-Per Titanium Alloy Watch Band, but it is things like the new $60 C03 Titanium Mag Buckle Quick-Release Band that hit right in the sweet spot if you ask me.
The new C03 is the real highlight of the new releases to my eye. I can very much appreciate the unique link design on the C01, but the combination of the titanium alloy magnetic buckle with “precision” Metal Injection Molding and the ultra-fine microfiber nylon on the C03 that stand out for me. This pairing seems to deliver something akin to a more comfortable fabric strap but with hits of higher-end titanium design detailing that elevates the look to something else entirely.
Its one-time adjustment mechanism ensures a consistently perfect fit without daily readjustment. A dual-secure magnetic lock combines with a hook-and-loop strap to maintain stability during everyday wear, intense activity, or travel.

For those with a penchant for higher-end titanium Apple Watch bands, you’ll want to at least scope out the new Aulumu C01 model with a Aerospace-grade titanium alloy, the magnetic buckle clasp, and, [perhaps most notably for me, the “C-type interlaced geometric segment design.”
