HO CHI MINH CITY — Taiwan has chip fabs. Thailand is big in printed circuit boards. For Vietnam, the niche should be semiconductor design, according to U.S. design leader Marvell, which says the combination of today’s AI boom and supply-chain reorganization presents a rare opportunity for the rising electronics powerhouse.
