There are also other aspects, such as an easy-to-remove battery with pull tabs and accessible core components, that helped achieve the high repairability scores.
Although battery cables are underneath graphite film and copper tape, the overall process remains simpler than on many other devices. But it’s not all perfect here. The glass backplate still sticks via adhesive. So you’ll need careful heating to avoid cracking during removal. Screen replacements can be the hardest task, as one needs to disassemble multiple internal layers before the display flex cable becomes accessible.
