Ree Drummond’s family is bonding this Christmas.
The Food Network star and her husband Ladd Drummond celebrated the holiday with granddaughter Sofia, who turned 1 on Dec. 18.
The proud grandmother shared a carousel of photos of the couple with baby Sofia, all sporting festive red ensembles, on Instagram on Thursday, Dec. 25. Ree’s sweatshirt says “Ree-Ree,” while Ladd’s says “pa-pa.”
“A whole new level of fun was unlocked this year. 😊❤️🎄 Merry Christmas, friends!!” the Pioneer Woman host captioned the images.
Alex Drummond Scott, 28, who welcomed Sofia with husband Mauricio Scott last year, commented on the post, “Sofia got more presents than Mauricio and I combined and I’m not even mad about it 🤣🤣❤️❤️❤️.”
Alex also posted a snap showing the Christmas stockings of her siblings and their significant others hanging at the family’s Pawhuska, Okla., ranch on her own Instagram Stories.
In addition to Alex, Ree and Ladd share Paige, 26, sons Bryce, 23, and Todd, 21, and foster son Jamar Goff, 23.
The family gathered at Ree and Ladd’s ranch, marking the third year they’ve hosted Christmas in their updated home, which is on the same ranch as their previous house.
This year’s table got a little fuller with two new additions to the Drummond crew.
David Andersen officially became part of the family when he and Paige tied the knot in May, nine months after announcing their engagement in August 2024.
And the whole family has kept followers updated on Sofia’s activities, from milestone moments to babysitting adventures.

When she was born, Ree wrote on her blog that Sofia was “perfect.”
“I’m saying that with as much objectivity as I can,” Ree wrote. “But I’m not kidding…she is perfect. Like, if you looked up ‘perfect’ in Miriam Webster, it would reference Sofia Scott, and maybe even show a photo of her. Although that would probably technically be an encyclopedia.”
