The Roosters are leaving the door open for a potential reunion with star outside backs Joey Manu and Joseph Suaalii.

Manu and Suaalii have left the club to pursue opportunities in rugby union but the Roosters believe there’s a chance they’ll be able to lure one or both players back at some stage.

According to The Sporting News, the Roosters are leaving salary cap space open if the opportunity to sign Manu and Suaalii becomes available.

Suaalii’s deal with Rugby Australia goes through until the end of 2027 but there is a player option which could be extended until 2029.

Manu recently inked a deal with French Top 14 club Racing 92 until the end of 2027.
