Gisborne speedway cars will be out in force at the New Zealand Superstock Championships this weekend.

The two-day champs were meant to start at Wellington Family Speedway tonight (Friday), but rain forced organisers to reschedule.

The 106 cars and drivers will instead go head-to-head in qualifying on Saturday.

Nine Gisborne
cars will be in action. Many of them represent a who’s who of racing in that class in New Zealand.
