You might remember that we actually found out about The Super Mario Galaxy Movie quite awhile before Nintendo or Universal announced it thanks to some early product leaks tied to Old Spice. Those products clued us in to the name of the movie and a few of the faces who are set to appear, and today we finally get to check out the official product line.
Old Spice is going all-out on promoting The Super Mario Galaxy Movie, as they’ve got an extensive line of tie-in merch that’ll have you smelling like the Mushroom Kingdom. As you can see above, this collab line includes deodorant, soap, shampoo and more, and they’re adorned with characters like Mario, Luigi, Peach, Captain Toad, Bowser Jr. and others. The Super Mario Galaxy Movie is an animated film based on the world of Super Mario Bros., and follows The Super Mario Bros. Movie, which was released in 2023 and earned more than $1.3 billion worldwide. Both the 2023 film and The Super Mario Galaxy Movie are produced by Chris Meledandri of Illumination and Shigeru Miyamoto of Nintendo.
