Sweeney, whose previous stints included roles at MortgageWorks and Shore Financial, added: “Moving across to Finsure has been just one step in our growth plan. We’ve recently revamped our branding to better reflect our diverse offering, invested in a brand-new Sydney CBD premise to support our rapid team expansion and engaged leading experts to help develop a website and marketing collateral which aligns to our clientele.
“We’re currently exploring opportunities to make 2026 even bigger, with a particular focus on recruiting more support staff, investing in new technology and spreading the FRONT Financial brand to a wider customer base.”
Director William Banham (pictured, left), who left Loan Market to co-found FRONT Financial alongside Sweeney, put the brokerage’s rapid growth down to a strong team culture.
