Initially commissioned by Mughal Emperor Shah Jahangir for his wife, the Taj Mahal necklace was passed down to their son Shah Jahan before finally coming into Burton’s possession.
“The pendant’s surface bears an inscription in Parsee that reads, ‘Love is Everlasting’, along with the name of Nur Jahan, the first woman to receive the jewel as a gift from her husband,” a press release from Taylor’s estate said.
Robbie’s stylist Andre Mukamal paired the necklace with 38-carat Lorraine Schwartz diamond earrings in what Robbie described as an “intentional” look.

Set to release on Valentine’s Day, the dark love story is centred around the character’s mercurial relationship with Jacob Elordi’s Heathcliff.
The Australian actors were recently revealed to have commissioned matching rings designed by London jewellery maker Cece Feigh-Hughes, according to the Daily Mail.
Each signet ring bears the inscription “whatever our souls are made of, his and mine are the same”, a key piece of prose from the 1847 novel.
Feigh-Hughes shared a photo of her work to Instagram, writing that the entwined skeleton design told “a story of passion, devotion and wild romance”.
