While the launch date for six phones have already been confirmed, Samsung is yet to announce the official launch of its flagship Galaxy S26 series. Rumours and leaks have claimed that the South Korean tech giant is bringing the trio of Galaxy S26, Galaxy S26+ and Galaxy S26 Ultra on February 25. The launch follows an active January that saw several mid-range and budget smartphones debut, with February gearing up for launches from Google, Vivo, iQOO, Oppo and Tecno. Here’s what consumers can expect this month.

Samsung Galaxy F70e launching on February 9

Samsung will kick off February with the Galaxy F70e 5G, the first model in the upcoming Galaxy F70 series. The phone will feature a 120Hz display with up to 800 nits of peak brightness, a dual camera setup that includes a 50MP primary sensor and a 2MP depth sensor. The phone will pack a 6,000mAh battery, which Samsung claims will provide all-day battery backup on a single charge. It is expected to be priced under Rs 17,000 in India and will be available via Flipkart and the Samsung India online store in Limelight Green and Spotlight Blue colour options.

Oppo K14x launching on February 10

The Oppo K14x will arrive as the successor to the Oppo K13x 5G, which launched in June 2025. The phone will come with a 6.75-inch HD+ display having a 120Hz refresh rate and up to 1,125 nits peak brightness. It is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 chipset. For photography, the K14x 5G will get a 50MP rear camera with AI-powered imaging features. It will pack a 6,500mAh battery with 45W fast charging support.

Tecno Pova Curve 2 5G launching on February 13

Tecno Pova Curve 2 5G will launch on February 13 as the successor to the Pova Curve 5G, which debuted in May 2025. The phone will sport a Space 2.0 design with a redesigned camera island that resembles the Tecno Pova 7. Reports claim that the phone will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7100 processor. The device may ship with up to 12GB of RAM and run Android 16. It will be available in black, silver, and violet finishes.

Google Pixel 10a launching on February 18

Google is preponing the launch of its A-series of smartphone with the launch of Pixel 10a on February 18. The phone retains the design language of its predecessor, featuring a flat dual rear camera setup housed in a horizontal pill-shaped camera island. Just like its predecessor, the phone’s back panel includes center-aligned Google branding and it will come in a blue colour option. Google has not revealed detailed specifications but teases improved photography capabilities, Gemini integration and “most durable Google Pixel A-Series yet” – suggesting enhanced dust and water resistance. It is expected to come with Tensor G5 processor.

Vivo V70 Series launching on February 19

The Vivo V70 series includes two models: the Vivo V70 Elite and the standard Vivo V70. The Elite model will be powered by the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipset, while the vanilla variant features the Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 chip, the company has confirmed. Both phone will sport a 6.59-inch 1.5K display with 459 ppi pixel density, 120Hz refresh rate, and 5,000 nits peak brightness. They will pack 6,500mAh battery with 90W wired fast charging support. The camera system includes a Zeiss-powered 50MP Sony IMX882 primary sensor with optical image stabilisation, a 50MP telephoto camera, and an unspecified ultrawide camera. The front camera is also a 50MP sensor.

iQ00 15R launching on February 24

The iQoo 15R will be the second model in the iQoo 15 family, following the flagship iQoo 15 launched in November 2025. The phone will be available in 3 colour variants with one sporting a checkered pattern rear panel. It will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 SoC built on a 3nm process. The camera setup includes a 50MP primary sensor, and iQoo has teased the 15R as the fastest smartphone in the under Rs 55,000 price segment. The phone will pack a massive 7,600mAh battery and is touted as the slimmest smartphone in the 7,600mAh category in India, measuring 7.9mm in thickness.

Samsung Galaxy S26 Series launching on February 25 (Rumoured)

The most anticipated launch of February is the Samsung Galaxy S26 series, which is rumoured to debut on February 25. The lineup is expected to include three models: Galaxy S26, Galaxy S26+, and Galaxy S26 Ultra. Reports, renders and leaks have pointed out to improved camera capabilities for the series, particularly enhanced zoom and low-light video capture. While the Ultra model may be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chip, the Galaxy S26 and S26+ are expected to feature an Exynos 2600 variant in some markets.
