On the occasion of World Cancer Day, held last February 4, the mutual insurance company Intégrance announced a partnership with Predilife (a pioneering French company in predictive medicine and personalized prevention) to offer employees aged 40 and over a comprehensive predictive assessment for major cancers and cardiovascular diseases. Fully covered by the company, this initiative is part of a prevention strategy focused on supporting employees’ health journeys.
The multi-disease predictive assessment offered evaluates the individual risk of developing certain cancers, including breast, prostate, lung, colorectal cancers, or melanoma, as well as cardiovascular diseases.
Conducted online via a secure platform and supervised by partner physicians, the assessment aims to provide participants with insights into their risk profile and, if necessary, guide them towards a follow-up plan tailored to their situation.
Offered on a voluntary basis and with strict respect for anonymity, the program ensures that Intégrance has no access to either the identity of participants or their examination results.
This initiative is part of Intégrance’s broader policy on quality of life at work, with a focus on long-term health issues and adapting to employees’ evolving needs throughout different life stages. It is integrated within a wider framework of actions undertaken by the mutual insurance company to promote team well-being, as recognized by the renewal, for the third consecutive year, of the Great Place to Work certification.
